What Is a Charismatic Leader?

Answer

A charismatic leader is one who communicates and behaves in a way that inspires and motivates followers. Charismatic leaders have charisma and inspire loyalty and obedience from their followers. They normally lead a group. A major pitfall of charismatic leadership is that if the leader steps down or transfers, the group will fall apart and the members might lose enthusiasm because the leader is usually the glue that holds the group together in place.
