Substitute for Molasses?

Answer

There are several substitutions that can be used for molasses. Some good examples include cup dark corn syrup mixed with honey or maple syrup, brown sugar or a mixture of three quarter of a cup of granulated sugar and a quarter cup of water. However, you should know that this substitute will alter the taste of the sugar and hence the best substitute will be brown sugar.
