For Aspirin, these implications may include either of the following: bleeding disorders, thrombocytopenia, peri-operative pain, hypersensitivity, increased risk of cardio-vascular disease. Its intake should be done under medical supervision especially when one has either of the following conditions: renal disease, severe hepatic diseases, pregnancy and is lactating.
