What Is a Renault TDC Sensor?

Answer

The Renault TDC sensor is a device that is black with a black multi plug; when it fails the cars engine cannot start or run. The TDC sensor unit communicates with the ECU when the piston is rising on its stroke, but once it is out of sync the car becomes reluctant to start because theres no timing for the ECU to fire a spark directly from the coil spark.
