What is name of stretch eyelet material to hold down wires during a tredmill test?

There is no specific name for the stretch eyelet material used to hold down wires during a treadmill test. However, the material is always a non-conductive synthetic material that will not interfere with the test. In most cases the material will be polypropylene.
