What Is Passive Communication?

Answer

Passive communication hopes to avoid confrontation and is based on compliance. In other words, don't rock the boat. With passive communication, there is very little talk or questions and actually little is done. People who are passive have learned that it is safer not to react and also feel it is better to disappear then to stand up and be noticed.
