What Is Rubrics?

Answer

A rubric is a tool used to set standards for scoring student assignments. It is a means of insuring everyone is scored equally. All rubrics contain three things: objective ( the actual behavior), range (time frame to be studied), and degree (standard characteristics). When given to students, it becomes an invaluable tool for them to follow, allowing them to know what is expected.
