What Is the Average Pulse Rate of a Human?

Answer

The average resting human heart rate is 60-80 beats per minute in adults except in regular athletes who have much lower resting heart rates. It may go below 60 in these athletes but for a normal person at rest, a heart rate of below 60 is called bradycaria. Heart rate of above 100 at rest is a condition called trachycaria.
