The best way to cook a ribeye steak is to cook them in a hot pot or skillet with a knob of butter and very little oil. Place the steaks into a pan with the fat side lying inwards and cook for 3 minutes on the first side and then gently turn and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove it from the pot and place it on a warm plate covering with foil and leave it for 5 minutes then prepare to serve.
