What Is the Definition of Creeping Socialism?

Answer

The term creeping socialism was coined by F.A. Hayek in regards to the supposed drift America was taking towards a socialist government. Hayek's 1944 book The Road to Serfdom warned against government control over production, which he perceived to be occurring under the presidency of Franklin Roosevelt.
