The word epipalaeolithic was a period when human technology was developing rapidly as they started to use tools like stone blades for their day to day work. This period was also referred to as 'peripheral old stone age' and here is where human beings were active hunters and gatherers, after the period of ice age men. This stage began 15000 years ago and was the middle stage of Stone Age.
