What Is the Difference between a Director and a Producer?

In the movie industry, the difference between a producer and a director is that the producer creates the conditions for making movies, finances, coordinates, supervises, and hires the director among other staff. A director on the hand is the captain of all things creative, directs the making of the film, the artistic and drama aspects and also guides the crew both technical and actors to fulfil the created vision.
