What Is the Holy Day of the Week for Muslims?

Answer

Friday is the most important day of the week for the Muslims. However, it is not a day of rest as the Sabbath in other religions since they are free to carry on their daily duties on this day. All able adult male Muslims are obliged to attend the Friday prayers held in early afternoon; even though women can attend the meetings, they are not obliged to do so.
