What is the National Mileage Reimbursement?

Answer

The national mileage reimbursement usually varies with the engine capacity of the car and the type of fuel used. For an engine capacity of up to 1400cc, the reimbursement stands at 12p for petrol, 7p for gas and 13p diesel. For an engine capacity of 1401 to 2000cc, it is 15p for petrol, 13p for diesel and 8p for gas. For vehicles with over 2000cc engine capacity it is 21p, 17p for diesel and 13 for gas. All these figures are for the rates per miles and they are reviewed bi-annually.
