The structure of the circulatory system consists of the heart, the arteries, veins and capillaries. The heart consists of two muscular pumps known as the left and right ventricles which pump blood through out the body, the blood vessels are intricate networks of hollow tubes that transport blood throughout the entire body. The function of human circulatory system is to transport blood around the body.
