In 1969, men's and women's fashions were heavily influenced by the art deco movement of the thirties. The ladies wore jersey dresses with a smoking. They added long sweater-jackets wrap coats, dresses and skirts. Men had maxi coats as well as wraparound polo coats, sheer and sheath shirts with unusual colours, patterns and fabrics.
