New Kids on the Block are an American boy band from Boston, Massachusetts, assembled in 1984 by producer Maurice Starr. The boy band was disbanded in 1994. The oldest of them Jonathan Knight is now a real estate developer, former members, Joey McIntyre, 35 and Donnie Wahlberg38, have seen acting success, while Knight's brother, Jordan, 37, has continued to record and Danny Wood 38, has worked as a music producer.
