When Will the Tier 5 Be Passed and How Long Will It Take to Get Checks?

Answer

There is no tier 5 on the unemployment schedule. The tier 4 emergency extended benefits were just reduced and the 6 week final extension no longer exists. You should call your local office or look at the benefits calculator on your state unemployment website if you think you are owed money and haven't yet received it.
