Samuel Pepys was born on the 23rd of February 1633 in Salisbury Court. Pepys married Elizabeth St Michael in December 1655 at St Margaret's Westminster where they lived. After the death of his wife on 1669, Pepys went to live at Buckingham where he became the president of the Royal Society.
