Where Did Swimming Originate?

Answer

Swimming is believed to have originated in Ancient Egypt in the south-western part near the Libyan border. Cavemen that lived during the Stone Age were found inside the Cave of Swimmers located in an area called Wadi Sora. The evidence found suggested that the swimmers swam a variant of the front crawl.
