Where Did the Civil Rights Movement Take Place?

Answer

The civil rights movement took place in the United States of America. These were the struggles by the black people for equal and fair treatment and were against racism and the extreme poverty, which was rampant among the black community. Even though it shook the state, the struggle led to improvement of the race conditions not only in the US, but also in the world at large.
