Where Do Groundhogs Come from?

Answer

Groundhogs like to build their homes underneath the ground by creating burrows or dens. Every 2nd day of February is Groundhog's Day when it is determined if the winter season will be over soon or if winter will endure for 6 more weeks. If the groundhog that lives in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania comes out of his burrow and it is sunny he will be scared because he saw his shadow and go back to his burrow for 6 more weeks.
