Whistles, gongs and bells on the inside sales floor for recognition?
What do Inside Salespeople and Inside Sales Managers think of the use of whistles, gongs, bells and other forms of real-time recognition for salespeople when they close deals? I've used a train whistle for 9 years and the salespeople love it! 'Where's my whistle?' they'll say if I happen to forget to blow it. What do other inside salespeople and managers think of the use of these recognition devices?
