Who won the Crusades?

Answer

There are conflicting views about who really won the crusades between Islam and Christianity. Most scholars believe it is the Catholics, who won against Muslims, who were trying to subdue the world. That period is considered a dark period in the history of the Catholic Church with regards to the cruelty they allegedly used during that time.
