A thin or skinny leg is a general condition that affects many people. It occurs due to a variety of reasons. It may be because of excessive body activity with inadequate nutrition, small meals and habitual fasting, constipation, sexual disorders, diabetes and heredity. It could also be as a result of an over reactive thyroid, inadequate absorption and digestion of food. This condition can be rectified with adequate diet and exercise.
