Why Are Some People Not Ticklish?

Some people are not ticklish because they do not react to external stimulus which affects the brain. The brain is the main source to a tickle reaction as it has the sensory nerves towards touch. Please note that you cannot tickle yourself because you control your the reaction and movement of the body.
