Why Are We Taller in the Morning Than at Night?

We are taller in the morning because our bodies stock up fluid between the discs in our spine at night, as we are sleeping. The fluid is held in the morning but as the day progresses we have various stresses placed on our bodies, hence the discs get compacted and the fluid leaks out.
