Why Do Cats Disappear?

Answer

Cats have a tendency of wandering around especially if they have outdoor access. They may disappear if they are lost, injured, frightened, deceased or in a panic. Sometimes when the cat is frightened or in panic mode, it will hide for days and only come out when the supposed imminent danger has gone. How long it remains out there will dependent on its temperament.
