Why do I Crave Cinnamon?

To my knowledge, our bodies know what is best for them. When we have any sort of craving, it is most likely because our body needs something that is contained in that food. Cinnamon is known to reduce blood glucose and LDL (bad) cholesterol. It is also known to reduce arthritis symptoms when taken every day. Your body probably just needs something that it is lacking.
