When you feel bad in the morning it could be a number of things. Do you sleep with your TV on or lights on? If so that could interfere with your body's ability to rest. Do you snore? Sometimes if you snore it disrupts your sleep. The best thing to do is go to bed an hour before you plan to sleep and listen to relaxing music or read a book, close your eyes and fall to sleep. Make sure you are getting a minimum 7 1/2 hours sleep.
