Why Does My Computer Shut off Automatically?

Answer

A computer may at times shutdown automatically without any prompt to do so. This may be caused by recovery settings, software incompatibilities including drivers and also BIOS problems. If it is because of recovery settings you can solve this by un-checking the automatic restart checkbox else re-install the drivers.
