This happens because you probably have eczema. This is a skin reaction to really dry skin. Try putting lotion, cream or coconut oil on your hands. That should help.

neosporin with pain relief. you can even mix it with a dab of vit e oil and just rub it in, esp. over nite. it was the only thing that would control the cracking and bleeding for me. hope this helps! wash with dove soap.
