ok,u could try a different type brand of tea before u give up tea!- since soda dont cause it,the caffeine from tea wont either,u could be getting a sugar rush,and rubbing ur tongue without knowing it. dont pop it anymore tho-it will go away...

eating too much of something like chocolate or cherry tomatoes. to get rid of them you put arm and hammer on the blister for 10 sec and then rinse out your mouth and within a 24 hr period the blister should go away
