Bonjour is a zero-configuration networking service. It makes it easy for printers and computers (on the same network) to find each other without any configuration. So yes, you can safely disable it.

Bonjour service is from Apple applications (quicktime or itunes) I would disable that service as it isn't needed anyway. I believe the bonjour services looks for apple devices on the network

What type of computer do you have? In general it's good to leave Bonjour installed, it allows your computer to communicate with and be seen by Apple devices. Especially nice if you're trying to share printers.
