حسين That's why, right there. It is a name in an entirely different writing system. It's not written in a Latin script, so the best you can do is mock the sound, as spelling it properly isn't doable for a non-arabic speaker.

I haven't noticed any glaring political bias. I applaud this objectivity by the CIA and their country information in the World Factbook -- it truly is a valuable resource and is updated frequently.
