Your best bet is to talk to Honda. If they put on "nonstandard" hardware like welded riser handlebars, you may have a much bigger job putting on new bars than you anticipated.

to permanently fix them in place.. Im hoping the top of the dog-bone comes off completely.. that is has cap screws both sides.. take off the cap.. & get someone to hold the bars where you want them then drill through the bars in to the bras...
