If you live in America the answer is no. Health Care is not a constitutional right. If you live in Canada however the answer is yes but be prepared to pay hefty taxes to live there.
it should be a right. My mom can't even afford coverage because she has so many pre-existing conditions. I know the taxes would go up, but I feel it's the right of everyone to have health care. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
