Right now they are Unsure if they will make a 4th sequel to the game , But more then likely yes.
It depends on the vendor who has rights to update the game. They occasionally take feedback from current players. If they feel they need to update the game they will launch Kingdom Hearts 3.
As of yet there has not been a release date set for kingdom hearts 3. They are still working on the title, box art and other items but some Disney worlds will still be included.
