My guess would be is that your not rotating enough when you release the ball. Your shoulders should be square and facing homeplate when you release. Your chest should also be directly above your left foot when you release if you throw with ... Read More »

I guess you would just have to make sure that your back leg comes up after your delivery. You'd have to lower your body at the end of your delivery to bring your back leg up higher. Read More »
