You need to set up those paragraphs with Hanging Indent. Do this; 1. Select all the paragraphs you need formatted this way. 2. Right-click in them and select Paragraph. 3. Set the Special list box to Hanging. 4. Click OK. Hope that helps.

Ross, See my reply to you initial query. c.column always returns a number with 1 being A, 2 being B and so on. This shouldn't create any problems for your coding as long as you are aware of the numeric referencing.
