A lint roller will work, but sometimes they aren't quite "sticky" enough. It may work better to wrap a strip of duct tape inside out over your hand and then remove the fuzz. In the future, be careful not to over dry the sweater in the dryer...

It is the angora, it will probably get better after you wash it. I've had sweaters like that, they are dry clean only and the shedding stopped after dry cleaning it.
