first off, tattoo goo isnt supposed to be for healing. scabs occur most often when the tattoo is over moisturized. you should be using a non scented water based lotion in VERY small amounts. after applying, your tattoo should not look shiny...

I normally start peeling in the 4-7 day range. My last tattoo started peeling a bit at 4 days and continued a little bit at a time for over a week. Other tattoos I've had have peeled in 2-3 days.
