well, every time you see your cockatiel say what you want him/her to say. say it over and over and he/she will say it eventually. Just keep saying it every time you see him. It worked with my bird!

Just keep talking to it all the time. And if you don't have the time set its cage next to the radio and let it listen to that. Just don't let it listen to Dr.Laura's talk show. or you will be hearing "How could you do that"? All the time.
