Tobradex will not do anything to help with a chalazion. Try hot compresses and massage a couple times per day. If you're not seeing an improvement in a week or two, then the chalazion will have to be injected with a steroid or excised.

Put a slice of raw potato on it for a couple of nights or days. Tape it up there with a piece of gauze and surgical tape to keep it in place. It will work if it is a chalazion. Maybe you need to go to the eye Doctor to let him look at it.
