Yes, the Post Office is open on Good Friday. It is not a government or national holiday. Holidays where the Post Office is closed are Christmas, Presidents' Day and Labor Day.

Yes, the USPS will be delivering mail as usual on Christmas Eve. Express Mail packages can even be delivered on Christmas Day. Post Offices may close at noon though.
