Here they use FBr, EtOH and FCCl3 Rozen, S.; Brand, M.; Lidor, R.; J Org Chem [JOCEAH] 1988, 53 (23), 5545. You need a lewis acid to do it in not to hard conditions. Photochemical approach will be nice too, like Br2, FeBr3, hv room temp.
