Try Ben-Wa balls. They're pretty simple and you can wear them all day without anybody knowing. Be sure to take them out before you pee though! I've flushed one down the toilet before, lol. :o)

In order to tighten vaginal muscles there are some exercises that you can do. Kegel exercises can be done at any time of the day or night. You just squeeze the muscles and hold, then release and this can be done at your desk while you work.
