I have this problem as well. it can be fixed using many ways, just use patience and keep opening and closing the tray, bang on the xbox 360 or call upon a technician or something. lolz! Read More »

We turned it off, the took the unit from being on its side to down flat. Then it opened. We then sprayed dust off inside unit and on fans. Seemed to work!
