After Grenada, Ivan moved toward the Windward Islands, the Caribbean Sea and north of the Netherlands Antilles. Then, Ivan passed south of Jamaica and Grand Cayman. Ivan hit the western tip of Cuba before heading for the Gulf of Mexico and the United States.
