As of the conclusion of the 2013-14 season, the Super Bowl-winning Seattle Seahawks had sold the most merchandise for that year. Their quarterback Russell Wilson had the top-selling player jersey for the season.
Seattle had two other players in the top-10 jersey sales list: Marshawn Lynch and Richard Sherman.
The Denver Broncos, who lost the Super Bowl, came in at second in total merchandise sales. Peyton Manning's jersey was the second-most sold of individual player jerseys.
The Dallas Cowboys had previously enjoyed a long run as the league's leading merchandise seller, but they slipped to #4 behind the Seahawks, Broncos and the San Francisco 49ers.
